Easing the stress and eliminating the hassle caused by the extensive admin associated with property ownership - Elements Property Management handles the day-to-day running of your property, and tenant! Dealing with all associated parties including body corporates, the town council and home owner’s associations.

Lease Management/Administration

• We are your tenants first and only point of contact thereby eliminating all your communication and relation with the occupant.
• Invoicing of tenants monthly in respect of rental and utilities.
• Payment of all costs associated including rates and levies.
• Maintenance - when required we have trusted partners including electricians and plumbers who we know will give you the fairest quotes and the highest quality of workmanship.
• You receive 1 payment and 1 statement from us on a monthly basis.

Our team will also routinely conduct inspections of your property ensuring your investment is kept in showroom condition, and at the same time keeping your tenant happy!
